Indonesian Coffee Training Center (PPKI) · AEKI-AICE
Coffee skills for everyone. No industry background required, no need to clear your schedule for the week—pick a class, show up, practice, and leave with truly useful skills.
Why Short Course
Some people don't need full certification. They just want to know why their espresso is bitter, why their manual brew is different every morning, or what exactly happens inside a roasting machine. The Short Course is designed for those questions.
It's not a one-size-fits-all introduction. Each class chooses one skill and dissects it for two full hours.
You hold the tools yourself — the roaster, portafilter, or dripper — and taste the direct results of your every decision.
The Indonesian Coffee Training Center instructors work in the Indonesian coffee supply chain, not just read modules.
Class Selection
Each class is standalone — there are no prerequisites and they do not have to be in order.
The same green bean can produce two very different flavors. This class shows where the decision point lies.
Correct espresso and a neat pour aren't just talents. Both can be taught in one session.
Stop brewing by guesswork. Know the variables, then judge the results with a trained palate.
